Job summary

Visa Implementation Services in Mexico is seeking a senior consultant to design, implement and manage end-to-end programs leveraging Visa's data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, and digital platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape methodologies, and deliver high-impact engagements for partners.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a quantitative degree (Bachelor's), and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a hybrid work model and in-office

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master's Degree in related fields a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand our customers' business objectives, needs, plans, and bring valuable insights
• Identify opportunities and potential for improvement to help Visa clients in growing their business
• Develop and propose appropriate strategies and business solutions to the clients and manage the delivery of high-quality consultancy engagements in Mexico
• Management of internal and external project team members, gain consensus with others and coordinate a team of consultants and subject matter experts around goal
• Focus on successful delivery of complex projects
