Publicis Sapient in Mexico City seeks a Senior/Lead Application Support Engineer ( .NET + SQL ) for Financial Reporting Systems. You will provide L1/L2 production support for critical reporting platforms, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, validate data across systems, and coordinate with business, engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure stability.

• 6-8+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or L1/L2 environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting production applications with incident ownership.
• Strong SQL expertise including complex queries, joins, and data validation.
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or enterprise reporting platforms.
• Working knowledge of .NET support including C#, ASP.NET, IIS, deployment validation.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations, batch processes, and data dependencies.
• Experience RCA, incident management, problem management, and operational support.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production applications, reporting workflows, data feeds, and batch processes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents impacting report generation and data quality.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation to identify root causes.
• Support .NET applications by analyzing logs, validating deployments, and resolving config issues.
• Monitor health, alerts, interfaces, and KPIs while ensuring SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with dev, infra, and business teams to resolve issues and improve stability.
• Support production releases, smoke tests, change implementations, and post-deploy validation.
• Maintain runbooks, procedures, and support documentation.
