LeadVenture® in Mexico is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team responsible for the enterprise reporting platform. In this hands-on role, you will design and build features, ensure data reliability, and work closely with product and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in software engineering with strong skills in C#/.NET and AWS. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for collaboration and documentation. The company promotes a culture of excellence and offers a supportive work environment.

Formación

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building APIs and backend systems in .NET.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across the reporting platform.
• Handle large-scale data processing and build cloud-native services in AWS.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements.
