On is seeking a Senior Lead of 3PL Operations to drive performance across our warehouse and distribution networks serving multi-channel customers. You will lead productivity initiatives, manage 3PL Partners, and build scalable capacity to support sustainable systems change.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, LATAM, you will own end-to-end logistics projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with regional targets while delivering a premium customer experience.

Formación

• 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management in fast-paced environments.
• 1+ year of direct people leadership in a logistics setting.
• Proven experience managing large-scale 3PL relationships and audits.
• Strong technical aptitude with WMS and ERP to optimize operations.
• Commercial and financial acumen to improve productivity and metrics.
• Excellent relational intelligence for cross-functional partnership.
• High adaptability and grit under shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 3PL partnerships to achieve productivity, quality, and financial milestones.
• Plan capacity and labor strategies with 3PLs for growth and seasonality.
• Partner with Controlling, Sales, CS, Tech, and Transportation to optimize workflows.
• Own end-to-end logistics projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit weekly/monthly partner performance and drive improvement plans.
• Run Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with logistics partners.
• Leverage WMS/ERP to optimize slotting, stock accuracy, and dock ops.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment with external partners.
