AP Moller-Maersk is seeking a Site Manager for Cuautitlán to lead 3PL warehousing operations, drive safety and service excellence, and scale complex client processes. You will mentor Operations Managers and Supervisors, steer KPI-driven performance, and optimize costs while building strong customer relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations in a 3PL.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex operations and start-ups.
• Strong leadership guiding large teams through multiple layers.
• Experience in apparel, footwear or e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills for fast-paced environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall performance of the site, delivering results across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Develop and coach Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful start-up, stabilization, and scaling of complex customer operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the main operational escalation point.
• Manage workforce planning, productivity, and operational costs.
