Cordis is seeking a Lead, Operations Integration to provide strategic cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, SIOP, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering to ensure operations readiness for global product launches. The role identifies operational risks and drives faster, compliant commercialization while maintaining supply continuity.

You will partner with Operations leadership to develop scalable manufacturing and supply chain strategies for the next five years, enabling

8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's; or PhD with 3+ years.
Experience in medical device manufacturing and regulated environments is preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

Lead Operations integration activities supporting NPI and significant product changes.
Serve as the primary Operations representative on cross-functional innovation and commercialization teams.
Ensure Manufacturing, Planning, SIOP, Strategic Sourcing, Distribution, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering are engaged at the appropriate phases of development.
Drive cross-functional alignment to enable faster, predictable commercialization with quality and supply continuity.
Identify operational risks early and lead cross-functional mitigation planning.
Partner with Operations leadership to develop scalable manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
Develop and manage comprehensive operational readiness plans for global product commercialization.
Establish and maintain an Operations Integration governance framework.
Drive continuous improvement of processes, governance, and tools.
