On is seeking an Importation Leader to ensure the timely and cost-efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers, meeting quality standards and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The role leads transportation, warehousing, budgeting, KPI tracking, and staff development, while driving continuous improvements and cost-saving initiatives in Veracruz in a full-time, office-based capacity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, business, or related field (preferred).
• Advanced English.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective shipping methods.
• Supervise warehousing activities including inventory control, storage, order picking, and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Develop and manage logistics budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics operations, including route optimization and inventory control.
• Lead and manage logistics teams, including drivers, warehouse staff, and coordinators.
• Provide training and development opportunities to staff to ensure high performance.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure logistics performance.
• Analyze data on logistics efficiency, costs, and delivery times, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
