Odoo, a mid-size software company with a killer product and a huge global community, seeks an Events Coordinator to organize over 50 events across Mexico and LatAm. You will thrive in fast-paced settings, crafting memorable experiences and delivering top-notch events that leave a lasting impact.

You will learn fast, have autonomy, and the freedom to experiment with marketing tactics while collaborating with marketing, sales and operations to align events with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years proven experience in managing events across Mexico and LatAm.
• Extroverted, proactive and results-driven personality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; autonomous and proactive.
• Detail-oriented with strong creative sense.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (native level).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute Odoo events across Mexico and Latam.
• Coordinate logistics: venue, catering, permits; book travel and accommodation.
• Develop promotional strategies to raise awareness and attendance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align events with goals.
