Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning and project management, preferably in corporate settings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and manage all aspects of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and team-building activities.
• Develop detailed event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective event execution.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing.
• Create comprehensive event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and staffing.
• Manage on-site event operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and manage attendee registration.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and preparing reports on event success and ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their vision is realized.
