Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an experienced L3 Support Software Engineer to join our ELERATM Commerce platform team in Mexico. You will be the final escalation point, resolving field issues and collaborating with L2 to troubleshoot production incidents.

Strong Java, Spring, microservices, cloud, and modern web app experience are required. English fluency is essential as you will work with international customers.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in Software Development.
• +8 years of Java-based development or support, with enterprise/microservices experience.
• +8 years developing or supporting modern web apps, including cloud/web content.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior resources.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• English fluent (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for field issues and production incidents.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and root-cause customer reported problems.
• Write functional and design documents; develop application software.
• Collaborate with L2 and teammates across platforms and teams.
