You will troubleshoot production incidents, write design documents, and develop applications while coordinating with L2 and other teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 8+ years of Java-based development or support experience with enterprise/microservices knowledge.
• 8+ years developing or supporting modern web applications, including cloud-based content.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for field issues and coordinate with L2 and other teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and write functional/design documents.
• Develop application software and analyze vulnerabilities for remediation.
• Oversee service improvement and performance metrics.
• Mentor and coach junior resources and share best practices.
• Communicate technical details to architects and end users clearly.
