Publicis Sapient in Mexico City is seeking a Senior/Lead Application Support Engineer (Java & SQL) to provide L1/L2 production support for a portfolio of enterprise applications, focusing on incident resolution, root-cause analysis, production monitoring, and API/integration troubleshooting.

The role requires strong Java and SQL skills, experience with ITSM processes, and collaboration with business and engineering teams; it offers a long-term, full-time contract with a hybrid work model at

Formación

• Must have 6-8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Strong experience in L2 support, incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience supporting Java-based applications.
• Experience troubleshooting Java, Spring Framework, REST services, application logs, exceptions, and backend processes.
• Strong SQL skills including complex query development, data validation, data reconciliation, stored procedures, performance analysis, production data troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• ITIL-based support experience; ServiceNow, Jira, incident/change management, SLA-driven support.
• Basic scripting with Shell, Bash, SQL automation, or related tooling.

Responsabilidades
