Publicis Sapient in Mexico City seeks a Senior/Lead Application Support Engineer specializing in .NET and SQL to provide L1/L2 production support for financial reporting systems. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analyses, validate data across platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, high-quality reporting operations.

The role offers a hybrid work model with office presence in Polanco and on-call participation; strong SQL, .NET, and reporting

Formación

• 6-8+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support.
• Strong SQL expertise with complex queries, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with .NET support: C#, ASP.NET, IIS, deployments, log analysis.
• Experience supporting reporting platforms and enterprise reporting.
• Experience RCA, incident management and operational support activities.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 production support for financial reporting systems.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and validate data across systems.
• Support report generation, data processing, and downstream distribution workflows.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure stability.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ITIL-based support processes.
