Publicis Sapient in Mexico City seeks a Senior/Lead Application Support Engineer (.NET + SQL) for Financial Reporting Systems to provide L1/L2 production support for critical reporting platforms. You will investigate incidents, perform RCA, validate data, and collaborate with business, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure operational stability.

The role is hybrid, requiring presence at the Polanco office twice weekly, with responsibilities spanning SQL data analysis, .NET application

Formación

• 6-8+ years of experience in Application/Production Support (L1/L2) environments.
• Ownership of incident investigation and resolution in production.
• Strong SQL expertise with complex queries and data validation.
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, BI, or enterprise reporting.
• Experience with .NET application support including C#, ASP.NET, IIS.
• Troubleshooting integrations, APIs, batch processes, and data dependencies.
• Experience RCA, incident, and problem management.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production applications, reporting workflows, data feeds, integrations, and batch processes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents impacting report generation and data quality.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation to identify root causes.
• Support .NET apps by analyzing logs, deployments, and configurations.
• Monitor health, alerts, KPIs, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with development, infra, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support releases, smoke testing, and post-deployment validation.
• Contribute to runbooks and operational documentation.
