Infosys seeks a Java production support analyst in a hybrid role in Mexico. The candidate interfaces with stakeholders, applies SDLC proficiency, and delivers high-quality code while supporting testing and project implementation.

Required experience includes Core Java, J2EE, and RDBMS with at least 3 years in IT, plus UNIX and shell scripting skills. The role emphasizes collaboration, defect analysis, and automation to improve stability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
• Experience in Core Java, J2EE and RDBMS.
• Experience in production/support/L3 support and SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Implement bug and coding fixes.
• Work actively with team members to enhance, analyze, and resolve application issues.
• Identify defects/discrepancies to identify the root cause by debugging or analyzing logs.
• Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts, or issues for permanent fix or automation.
• Identify alerts/processes that can be automated and then work with the engineering team to automate them.
