AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to manage device lifecycle, access, and endpoint security across a remote-first organization. You will handle onboarding and offboarding, deploy security tools like SentinelOne, and build self-service resources to cut requests.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred; Jamf/Intune acceptable).
• 3+ years of experience with Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years of experience with endpoint security solutions (SentinelOne/CrowdStrike).
• Experience with Jira Service Desk workflows.
• Strong access management and identity governance.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.

Responsabilidades

• Device & Asset Management: manage laptop lifecycle, inventory, and security configurations.
• User Support & Access Management: handle onboarding/offboarding, password resets, and access reviews.
• General IT Support: deploy SentinelOne, enforce security policies, support audits and continuity planning.
• Process Improvement & Automation: document procedures, track IT metrics, and drive automation.
