AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to manage device lifecycle, access, and endpoint security for a remote-first workforce. You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, deploy security tooling like SentinelOne, and build self-service resources to reduce repetitive requests.

The role requires strong Google Workspace, Jira Service Desk, and English communication skills, with exposure to incident response and IT security practices. Join a fast-paced, people-first tech culture.

Formación

• 4+ years in IT support or IT operations.
• 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred).
• 3+ years of Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years of endpoint security experience (SentinelOne, etc.).
• Experience with Jira Service Desk workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full laptop lifecycle in Rippling with procurement and retirement.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
• Deploy and monitor SentinelOne across endpoints.
• Maintain security policies and user access controls.
• Create self-service resources and IT knowledge base.
• Provide IT support across multiple time zones and SLAs.
