• Scale the inside sales team from initial hires to a full team of 50 to 100 sales professionals.
• Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
