KION Group seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Manager to drive operational excellence at our Guadalupe manufacturing site.

You will lead a team of engineers and partner with Operations leadership to optimize processes, reduce costs, and deploy Industry 4.0 solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in industrial engineering within manufacturing, strong Lean and Six Sigma capabilities, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years in industrial engineering within high‑mix manufacturing.
• Experience leading engineering teams across multiple sites is ideal.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, communicate, and execute IE strategy aligned to site and global objectives.
• Lead a high‑performing team of industrial engineers across shifts/sites.
• Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering leadership to execute initiatives.
