Johnson Controls in Mexico seeks a Lean Manufacturing Engineer with 5–7 years of experience, preferably HVAC. You will drive improvement activities, support Kaizen events, and coordinate 5S and standardization to boost productivity.

Advanced English, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and knowledge of OEE, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD are required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Advanced English required.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification required.
• Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Support improvement activities arising from the rewards program.
• Support savings projects arising from KAIZEN events.
• Training, organization, and support of Value Stream Map activities.
• Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results.
• Coordination of the 5S audit and recognition program.
• Generation of savings projects.
• Follow-up to standardization of best practices.
• Line balancing.
• A3 development.
