PSC Industries is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Manager to lead industrial engineering strategy and operational excellence at a high‑growth manufacturing site.

You will oversee a team of industrial engineers and partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to improve productivity and reduce costs. Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; Master's preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in high‑mix, complex, or high‑volume manufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally across multiple shifts, sites, or a large‑scale operation.
  • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading productivity, capacity, process optimization, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Experience with time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, layout design, standardized work, and ergonomic assessments.
  • Experience supporting capital projects, automation, equipment installation, NPI, or plant expansion initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, project management, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is required.

The Sr. Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Manager will lead industrial engineering strategy and operational excellence initiatives across a high-growth manufacturing site. This role will oversee a team of industrial engineers and partner closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve productivity, optimize processes, reduce costs, and support the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on problem‑solving skills and has a proven track record of leading Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, productivity, and transformation initiatives in complex manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do in This Role
Leadership & Strategy

Lead the Industrial Engineering strategy and develop a high-performing team. Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Partner with site and cross‑functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Process Optimization

Optimize workflows, material flow, production lines, capacity, and labor utilization. Lead time studies, line balancing, ergonomic assessments, Kaizen events, and structured problem‑solving. Implement standardized work and data‑driven solutions to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.

Technology & Innovation

Identify and deploy automation, Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing solutions. Use data analytics, dashboards, and simulation tools to improve plant performance. Support digital transformation and process modernization.

Productivity & Cost Improvement

Drive improvements in labor productivity, cycle time, capacity, throughput, and operating cost. Lead layout redesigns, capacity planning, capital projects, ROI analysis, and equipment specifications. Ensure project benefits are achieved and sustained over time.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Support NPI, equipment installations, production transfers, and plant expansions. Provide leadership with data‑driven recommendations that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
