Kion Group AG is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Guadalupe, Mexico. The engineer will support the Rollers and Multitech Assembly line, ensuring products meet customer requirements and analyzing production efficiency. Responsibilities include defining manufacturing processes, updating flow charts, and developing improvements for the assembly line. Candidates should possess a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, have knowledge of Lean concepts, and be fluent in English. Formación

• Proven track record in a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical concepts.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Define, update, and implement Manufacturing Processes.
• Build and update process flow charts and work instructions.
• Analyze assembly line capacities and manufacturing routings.
• Develop Continuous Improvement projects in the assembly line.
• Follow up on CAPA activities and EH&S Policies.
