Caylent is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping organizational capability as Caylent scales. You’ll influence design, leadership, and workforce decisions, while leveraging Claude and other AI tools for analysis, synthesis, and decision support.

You will partner across the organization to drive organizational health, talent strategy, and scalable HRBP processes in a fully remote, global team.

Formación

• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP and org consulting.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth or fast-changing orgs.
• Strong coaching, change-management, and employee-relations judgment.
• Ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes with data insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence with credible recommendations.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools used to accelerate analysis and decision support.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic HRBP advisor to senior leaders across assigned departments.
• Guide decisions on organizational effectiveness, team design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Diagnose systemic issues impacting performance, engagement, and growth.
• Analyze people, business, and operational data to surface patterns and insights.
• Collaborate across the People teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Lead organizational design, calibration, succession, and strategic talent discussions.
• Mentor HRBPs and design AI-enabled workflows that reduce low-value manual work.
