Caylent is a fully remote cloud services company helping organizations leverage AI, AWS, and Anthropic’s Claude platform to move ideas into production. We seek a Partner Funding Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end workflow for AWS & Anthropic funding programs, maintain documentation, process invoices, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines across systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales and Delivery teams.
• Ability to learn and adapt to evolving processes and documentation requirements.
• Claude skills and projects knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs, ensuring documentation, funding requests, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate client records, funding documentation, and operational trackers across internal systems.
• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices while performing quality assurance checks.
• Monitor program requirements, documentation standards, and process changes; align procedures with expectations.
• Communicate updates to internal teams regarding program changes, funding requirements, deadlines, and best practices.
• Coordinate approval workflows and ensure all documentation is completed, signed, and submitted within timelines.
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders regarding funding status and project progress.
• Collaborate with AWS Partner Development Managers and Account Executives to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Utilize internal systems and automation to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
