Job summary

Aplazo is seeking a Sr. HRBP Manager to own the People agenda across technology and support functions. You’ll shape compensation, performance cycles, and organizational climate while building scalable, AI‑driven processes.

Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll lead calibration, equity discussions, and internal mobility in a fast‑growing fintech setting. You will drive OD initiatives, manager development, and workforce planning in a multi‑jurisdiction context, ensuring compliant, high‑impact

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Human Resources, including 3+ years as an HRBP supporting tech teams.
• End‑to‑end compensation, performance, and climate management ownership.
• Experience designing OD processes from scratch and leveling frameworks.
• Hands‑on AI tool usage to automate real work.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, HRIS data exports, and reporting.
• Experience handling employee relations with real legal exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own the People agenda for technology leaders and other areas.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, banding, merit, and equity discussions.
• Manage end‑to‑end performance management cycles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and mobility.
• Handle sensitive employee relations with discretion and legal awareness.
• Design and implement OD programs, leveling, and manager development.
• Build AI‑driven automation for People workflows.
