Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, is seeking an HR Partner to work onsite with COEs and HRBLs to deliver high-touch, face-to-face HR support across business units.

You will resolve complex issues, coach senior leaders, and drive talent programs while ensuring a consistent employee experience aligned with our HR strategy. Strong collaboration and confidentiality are essential across a matrixed organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources in a client-facing role.
• 8+ years of experience in an HR and/or COE role – working knowledge required to apply COE interventions
• 5+ years of experience in a global and distributed work environment
• Proficient in English and Spanish (Full professional fluency)

Responsabilidades

• Act as client-facing HR partner collaborating with COEs and HRBLs to provide high-touch support
• Deliver expert coaching and consulting to senior management and employees
• Build manager capability through coaching and facilitation of training programs
• Ensure delivery of a sustainable, consistent employee experience aligned with HR strategy
