Instructure is seeking an AI-First HR Operations Lead to build and scale the operational backbone of an AI-driven HR function. You will identify opportunities for automation, design AI-powered tools, and deliver rapid, measurable improvements across HR teams.

You will partner with HR leaders to build dashboards, drive adoption, and ensure high-impact, data-informed decisions while delivering live tools and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HR, people analytics, or HR operations with hands-on AI tool deployment
• Proven data analytics experience with dashboards/reports used by teams
• Working knowledge of AI systems and platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Rovo)
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid MVP delivery
• Strong user-centric mindset across HR ops and leaders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and build data-driven automation cases
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools across HR workflows (onboarding, policy guidance, candidate screening, benefits Q&A)
• Own people analytics dashboards and reports for HR leaders
• Scale solutions with adoption tracking and rapid iteration
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services to address challenges
