Job summary

Instructure, Inc. is seeking an AI-First HR Operations Lead to build and scale the operational backbone of an AI-driven HR function.

You will identify opportunities where AI can save time, design AI-powered tools, and manage people analytics to deliver rapid, actionable solutions for HR leaders. You will collaborate across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services to deploy MVP solutions, accelerate adoption, and continuously improve tools that deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, people analytics, or HR ops with hands-on AI tool deployment.
• Proven data analytics experience; dashboards/reports used by teams.
• Knowledge of AI systems, language models, and agentic tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify HR inefficiencies and build data-driven cases for automation or improvement.
• Design and deploy AI-powered HR tools across onboarding, AskHR, policy guidance, and more; drive adoption.
• Own people analytics: build dashboards and reports for HR leaders, surface insights quickly.
• Scale solutions: launch, track adoption, gather feedback, iterate MVPs rapidly.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services and HRBP teams.
