Talent Wave Associates, Llc is seeking an experienced HR professional for a hands-on HR leadership role in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee compensation and benefits, recruiting, and HR administration to ensure compliant, efficient HR processes.

You will apply knowledge of ISO standards, lead a skilled team, and develop robust HR programs while collaborating with management to drive organizational success. The role emphasizes policy adherence and workforce well-being.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience in salary and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in talent acquisition processes.
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer HR plans and procedures for all personnel.
• Plan, organize, and control all department activities.
• Participate in department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Implement and update the compensation program; review job descriptions.
• Conduct recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary workers.
• Establish and maintain department records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Administer and manage employee incentive programs.
• Support Quality and Environmental Management System requirements.
• Promote teamwork and risk-based thinking for process improvement.
• Identify environmental aspects in areas of responsibility.
• Authority to stop or cancel non-compliant processes.
