Optima Organizational Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Training Lead to drive recruitment, onboarding, and development for our Puebla manufacturing facility.

You will coordinate sourcing, training plans, and skills matrices for hourly and salaried staff, partnering with Production, Quality, and Engineering to ensure a skilled, engaged workforce. Automotive industry experience and strong English communication are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition and/or Training within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience recruiting both hourly manufacturing employees and professional/salaried positions.
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong results orientation, organizational skills, sense of urgency, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for hourly and salaried positions.

• Coordinate the Training Needs Assessment and Annual Training Plan.

• Coordinate development initiatives for supervisors and key talent.
• Monitor vacancy coverage, time-to-fill, early turnover, and training plan completion.
• Partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other functional areas to support operational talent needs.

Position Objective

Responsible for ensuring the attraction, selection, onboarding, and development of the talent required by the manufacturing facility, leading recruitment and training processes for hourly, technical, administrative, and professional employees.

Key Responsibilities
