DiDi Shop in Mexico City seeks a Senior Analyst to drive user and merchant growth in our evolving food services business. You will blend data analysis with practical growth initiatives, collaborating with merchant partners and internal teams to design campaigns and measure impact.

The role requires at least 1 year in online Grocery/food delivery growth, plus strong analytical and strategic thinking, with ownership to deliver tangible results in a fast-growing business line.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in online Grocery or Food delivery growth roles.
• Operational/analytical experience in strategy operations or data analytics is a plus.
• Data-driven and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Engage merchant partners to grow user and merchant base with online and offline strategies.
• Build data insights to understand users and merchants and develop growth initiatives.
• Use data to identify monetizable opportunities for merchant growth while monitoring ROI.
