DiDi Global is hiring a User & Merchant Growth Senior Analyst to drive expansion for our local growth initiatives. You will engage merchants, grow the user and merchant base, and design data-driven growth strategies aligned with ROI goals.

The role requires analytical rigor, ownership and the ability to partner across commercial and operations teams to optimize performance in a dynamic market.

Formación

• At least 1 year of online Grocery (or Food) delivery business growth experience is mandatory.
• Operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, or tech is a plus.
• Data driven and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.
• Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Engagement of our merchant partners to our platform and growth of user & merchant base through online and offline strategies.
• Build deep data insights on users and merchants in the local culture to shape growth initiatives and improve user experience.
• Using data to understand behavior and collaborating with commercial partners to identify merchant growth opportunities with ROI awareness.
