DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Performance Marketing professional to lead multi-market media strategies and optimize budgets across Search, Social and Display for consumer apps. You will work with Marketing Science & Technology, Ad Operations and Growth Ops to drive efficiency and impact.

You will own a business unit (Food or Ride Hailing) and coordinate with Ops, Growth, Marketing and Paid to align on a clear, data-driven strategy and measurable results.

Formación

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience (consumer apps preferred).
• Deep knowledge of search, paid social, and display advertising.
• Experience with multi-channel digital media strategies, A/B tests, and measurement frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Performance Marketing Organization representative with Marketing Science & Technology, Ad Operations and Growth Ops, Marketing and S&P; ensure best-in-class communication and execution.
• Plan and execute a holistic media acquisition strategy to fuel growth while meeting budget requirements.
• Analyze performance and provide insights to help partners understand plans, optimizations and results.
• Translate business needs into performance marketing capabilities and roadmaps.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization across teams.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Branding and Analytics to build testing opportunities and measurement frameworks.
• Prioritize multiple project pipelines for the business lines.
• Own a business unit (e.g., Food or Ride Hailing) and align multiple teams to a clear paid marketing strategy.
