Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in banking and client relationships.
• Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and process and ability to provide financial advice.
• Demonstrates advanced level of Early Warning Detection skills.
• Demonstrates advanced credit skills; able to structure all type of credit deals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (negotiation, consultative skills, leadership).
• Ability to work under pressure while making sound decisions.
• Able to quickly adapt priorities based on the latest data insights.

Responsibilities

• Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owns needs, roadblocks or risks.
• Introduces solutions to clients and builds an effective portfolio.
• Collaborates with product specialists to craft customized solutions.
• Works with Case Manager on client onboarding and KYC compliance.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen share of wallet.
• Maximizes client experience by sharing market updates and intelligence.
• Drives innovation and execution of strategic initiatives across levels.
• Networks with clients to identify new business opportunities.
