The role emphasizes portfolio analysis, product knowledge dissemination, and training roadmaps for relationship managers while ensuring compliance and risk controls across the region.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of financial sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing and strengthening relationships with corporate banking clients.
• Experience in retention, engagement and development strategies.
• Moderate-advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to sell products to the existing base through portfolio analysis and customer risk profile.
• Disseminate information on industry, markets and competition products for sales engagement.
• Draw up the training roadmap for relationship managers and ensure certification.
• Ensure customer engagement by organizing meets and presenting product offerings.
• Be the compliance gatekeeper in the region/branch for regulatory guidelines.
• Highlight potential financial, regulatory and credit risk to the franchise.
• Supervise daily tasks, performance evaluation, and terminations as needed.
