Banco Nacional De Mexico, S.A., Integrante Del Grupo Financiero Banamex is seeking a Business Development Officer to manage relationships with SME clients, attract and retain business and provide high-value advisory on segment products.

The role focuses on growing the portfolio, cross-selling, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Previous experience in selling financial products.
• Knowledge of financial products, especially credit to companies, sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and management of objections with customers to achieve effective sales

Responsabilidades

• Achieve portfolio growth and cross-sell to attract new customers.
• Link existing clients by detecting needs to deepen the customer-bank relationship.
• Offer high value service and comprehensive advice to SME clients.
• Execute campaigns and strategies defined by the franchise to boost sales.
• Visit clients to understand opportunities and develop improvement plans.
• Escalate issues to Coordinator when needed.
• Comply with controls and regulations, and manage risk transparently.
• Align action plans with Area Coordinator to meet the sales plan.
• Measure performance with defined metrics and deliver exceptional client experience.

Educación

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
