Tensec invites a Senior Sales Executive to lead the Global Logistics Payments initiative from Monterrey, Mexico. You will own the market entry strategy, build carrier and logistics partnerships, and drive cross-border payments and FX opportunities to grow total payment volume.

The role combines deep industry knowledge with hands-on deal leadership, working in a hybrid setup and collaborating across treasury, compliance, and product teams to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• 8+ years in enterprise sales or business development in international transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or global supply chain.
• Experience selling into Mexico's international trade, logistics ecosystem, with credible conversations across senior buyers.
• Native or near-native English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Account development and TPV growth: build relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and traders across Americas, Europe, and Asia; drive TPV growth in Mexico corridor.
• Payments & FX positioning: translate cross-border payments and regulatory info into a quantified business case for clients.
• Enterprise deal leadership: manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting to activation and expansion in global accounts.
• Market intelligence feedback: relay corridor economics, regulatory shifts, and freight dynamics to product and compliance.
• Compliance-aligned activation: coordinate with compliance on KYB and onboarding to move accounts live.
