Tensec is seeking a Senior Sales Executive- Global Logistics Payments in Monterrey. You will own the growth engine for cross-border trade payments, leveraging your logistics relationships to drive TPV and expand into new international lanes.

You will manage multi-stakeholder deals, align with compliance, and navigate treasury and operations teams. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week in the Monterrey office and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development in international transportation or logistics.
• Strong relationships and credibility in Mexico's international trade and logistics sector.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles across complex accounts.
• Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, engage, and close carriers, freight forwarders, and traders in Mexico's trade flows.
• Own Total Payment Volume growth from global trade flows and expand account penetration.
• Position cross-border payments and FX structures for client cost savings with credibility.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting to pilot and expansion.
• Channel market signals back to product and compliance to sharpen the offering.
