Adyen is seeking a Field Marketing Manager in Mexico to lead demand generation across events, digital channels, and partnerships, reporting to the VP of Marketing, LatAm. You will drive data-driven acquisition initiatives with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to build a robust pipeline and maximize ROI.

• 8+ years of proven experience in marketing.
• Strong background in demand generation through physical and digital activities.
• Proven analytical mindset with ability to tell a story with data and optimize accordingly.
• Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to build pipeline generation.
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong communicator with proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage acquisition marketing strategy in Mexico to meet objectives efficiently.
• Set and track pipeline generation goals and ensure positive ROI in the region.
• Build an integrated acquisition plan across channels including events, digital, ABM, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales on commercial strategy and cross-functional ABM initiatives.
• Optimize ROI and budget, improve lead quality and conversion rates, find new lead-gen methods.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for acquisition, track spend and report ROI and CAC.
• Scale LatAm activities with VP of Marketing and Global Marketing to predict revenue.
