Clara Lending Co. in Mexico City seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer for the Collections squad. You will own backend services in Java with Spring Boot and frontend interfaces in React + TypeScript, building features end-to-end for payments, collections, and reconciliation.

You’ll model data with PostgreSQL and Redis, work in a distributed microservices setup using Kafka, and craft secure RESTful APIs. AI-assisted coding is part of daily practice, and collaboration with Product and Pod Leads

Formación

• 3–5 years of backend development experience in Java, including Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript— you’ve shipped real UI, not just tutorials.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• AI-augmented development is how you work— use AI tools daily to write, review, and debug.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement backend services in Java + Spring Boot, with a focus on financial flows.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces in React + TypeScript across both layers.
• Model data and manage PostgreSQL and Redis for transactional and caching needs.
• Work with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar) in a distributed microservices environment.
• Build and secure RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Collaborate with Pod Lead and PM to translate product needs into technical decisions.
