Clara in Latin America is seeking engineers at the start of their software career to join Product Engineering or Data & ML tracks. You’ll ship production code in weeks, own features end to end, and work with Product, Design, and senior engineers.

You’re AI-native, with a CS/Software Engineering foundation, and you’ll use English as the corporate language daily. Portuguese basics are a nice-to-have.

Formación

• CS/Software Engineering foundation with deployed project.
• English proficiency is required for daily work.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Ship production code in your first weeks with real features.
• Own features end to end from design to deployment and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and senior engineers.
• Show artifacts of AI integration in your workflow.
