Clara is rapidly expanding its fintech platform in Mexico City, seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to own backend and frontend features end-to-end. You’ll design services in Java with Spring Boot, build React + TypeScript interfaces, and manage data in PostgreSQL and Redis within a distributed microservices setup.

You’ll work in a high-ownership environment, use AI tooling daily, and collaborate with product leads to shape technical decisions while delivering scalable payments-focused

Formación

• 3–5 years of backend development experience in Java, including Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript; shipped real UI.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• AI-augmented development is how you work; daily use of AI tools to write, review, and debug code.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement backend services in Java + Spring Boot for financial flows.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces in React + TypeScript across the stack.
• Model data and manage PostgreSQL and Redis for transactional and caching needs.
• Work with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar) in a distributed microservices environment.
• Build and secure RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Use AI coding tools as part of your workflow and discuss benefits honestly.
• Collaborate with Pod Lead and PM to translate product needs into technical decisions.
