Airtm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve the full stack systems powering its financial products. You’ll work within one of our autonomous product pods, taking ownership end-to-end from design through production, and mentoring engineers.

Our stack is TypeScript/Node.js microservices deployed on Kubernetes, paired with React front ends. You’ll collaborate across the stack and with other pods, applying AI-assisted development to move faster without compromising

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with full stack range.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for production services.
• Proficiency in React for production-facing UIs.
• Experience designing and building REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Strong communication and proactive risk reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of medium-to-large features across the stack.
• Build and maintain TypeScript/Node.js microservices and React UIs.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of daily workflow.
• Break down problems into actionable work and drive delivery.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and conduct reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers in AI tooling and practices.
• Coordinate with other pods on cross-boundary work.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident reviews.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt.
