AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and programs. You will work with .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing while ensuring secure, compliant delivery.

You will own end-to-end development, collaborate with stakeholders, and demonstrate strong engineering judgment in a fast-paced, remote, time-zone aligned role emphasizing V1 delivery and production-quality results.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs.
• Work within an AI Skill governance model with bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment and ability to deliver V1 at high pace.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, testing, pipelines, and production validation.
• Strong communication and blockers/escalation management.
• US Eastern Time overlap for a full-time engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate agentic workflow in a live coding exercise.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure with an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned tasks, and UAT readiness.
• Convert changing product direction into a practical delivery plan.
• Coordinate with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Apply AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements without delaying delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously before use.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Maintain security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
• Make blockers, risks, and next steps visible to the team.
