Paystand, a leading blockchain-enabled B2B payments network, seeks a talented Full-Stack Engineer in Mexico to architect and implement user-facing components of the open banking network. You will collaborate with product, design, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality web applications.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled development, modern frontend and backend ecosystems, and a commitment to secure, scalable products in a fintech environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure and integrations as required by product.
• Ability to move from vague problems to practical architecture and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand's systems.
• Design and develop reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to build a great user experience.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes.
