AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations. You will work in .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing, with a focus on verification over line-by-line coding.

Bring strong technical judgment, experience with agentic workflows, and the ability to drive V1 features at a fast pace while maintaining security and tenant isolation.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure production deployment knowledge.
• Experience using Claude Code or similar agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, Azure with an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize MVP delivery and ensure UAT readiness before optimization.
• Turn changing product direction into actionable plans with minimal disruption.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities shift.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Ensure security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access.
• Highlight blockers, risks, and next steps to the team.
