AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and program delivery. You will work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing while inspecting outputs for quality.

You will own backend and portal features, ensure security and HIPAA considerations, and collaborate with teams across the organization to keep delivery on track in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Recent production work with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and operations.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ability to translate objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, manage assignments, and ensure UAT/demo readiness.
• Convert evolving product directions into practical delivery plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
• Utilize AI skill consistently and propose workflow improvements without disrupting delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work critically and verify against builds and runtime checks.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Ensure security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
• Highlight blockers, risks, and next steps to the team.
