Paystand is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to architect and implement user-facing components of the Paystand open banking network. You will work with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to craft web applications that redefine user interactions.

The role emphasizes AI-native development, modern frontend and backend ecosystems, and end-to-end ownership of features. You will mentor peers, shape architecture, and drive performance, security, and scalability across the stack.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems and architectural decisions.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and agent-led tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand’s systems.
• Design and develop reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality UX.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance across the stack.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle from analysis to delivery.
