Job summary

Nuvei is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional in Mexico City to drive a robust sales pipeline and present complex payments solutions to large merchants. You will influence cross‑border opportunities and manage strategic partnerships across LATAM, while engaging with C‑level executives.

Advance revenue growth through Salesforce‑driven forecasting and strong relationship building. English is the working language, with a flexible/hybrid working model and global fintech exposure.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Business Development or Sales in payments.
• Proven success in complex C-level negotiations.
• Track record in LATAM/payments market.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Creative problem solving and stress management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish a large pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast performance to senior management.
• Develop new sales strategy and identify high-value prospects.
• Present large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at C-level.
• Identify and develop new sales partnership programs with large merchants across LATAM.
• Coordinate cross-country projects and intercept opportunities from partners and regulatory changes.
• Use Salesforce for pipeline management to forecast performance and deliver results for Tier 1 prospects.
