Nuvei is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for the Americas to drive regional revenue growth and GTM initiatives. Based in Mexico City or Brazil, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to execute end-to-end revenue strategy and build dashboards to measure impact.

You will analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within Fintech/payments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to translate complex information for various audiences.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on driving business results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on strict timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze revenue, customer, and sales performance to uncover trends and provide strategic insights for leadership.
• Identify and operationalize high-impact initiatives to accelerate revenue growth across key segments and markets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align goals and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
• Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor progress of strategic initiatives and optimize impact.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, including pricing trends and alternative payment methods.
